What took me so long to get to The Bristol? I do believe part of the blame lies in the fact they didn’t take reservations until recently, but Annemarie and I showed up at 5:45 and were able to secure spots at the bar, which I’d recommend (some of the tables are communal). Drinks were spectacular (one of my favorite Dark & Stormys to date) and from the look of copper mug traffic, the Moscow Mule must be very special.
Duck fat fries, house ketchup, garlic aioli/Apple salad, marinated manchengo, hazelnuts/Raviolo, ricotta, egg yolk, brown butter = all delicious and easy to share. I’ll need to get back and try the bone marrow; it seems to be extremely popular here.
