My feelings on industrial lofts (ubiquitous in Minneapolis; all of my friends had one) vary. I love it when it’s an actual re-purposed building, hate it when it’s new construction (you’re asking how much? and you didn’t even build a ceiling?). The benefit of loft living: you can carve out great spaces like this.
